Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details to follow your order journey.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Pune: Same-day delivery available via local delivery apps (for select pincodes). Standard delivery: 3–4 business days.

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc.): 4–6 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹600.

  • Orders below ₹600 may incur a standard shipping fee, based on your delivery location.

Packaging & Safety

We take pride in how we pack your order:

  • Fragile products like candles and decor items are wrapped using bubble wrap, secured in sturdy corrugated boxes, and cushioned to prevent damage in transit.

  • Every product is double-checked for quality before dispatch.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, kindly email us at support@skiyaaroma.in with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a resolution.
