Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our items, we do not accept exchanges or general returns. However, we do offer replacements in the rare case of transit damage.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged during shipping.

To qualify for a replacement, customers must share a continuous, unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

The video must start from the moment the sealed package is opened and clearly show:

Without this unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return request under any circumstances.
Approved Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will dispatch a free replacement for the damaged item.
