Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: We’re so sorry! If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please share a continuous unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery at support@skiyaaroma.in or DM us on Instagram @skiya_aroma. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Q: Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
A: Since our candles are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, fragrance preference, or aesthetic mismatches.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: All our products are non-returnable unless they are damaged during transit. We do not accept returns without a proper unboxing video.

Ordering & Shipping

Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’d be happy to update your address. Reach out ASAP at support@skiyaaroma.in.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only if it hasn’t been shipped. Drop us a message as quickly as possible!

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Q: Where does Skiya Aroma ship from?
A: We ship directly from our candle studio based in Pune, Maharashtra.

Q: What are the shipping timelines?

  • Pune: 3–4 days (We also offer same-day delivery in Pune via local partners.)

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 days

  • Rest of India: 5–7 days

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes! Orders above ₹600 are eligible for free shipping. Below that, standard delivery charges apply.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: No, COD is not available.

Q: How do you ensure safe packaging for fragile items?
A: We wrap each candle with love — using bubble wrap, secure fillers, and sturdy boxes to make sure your order arrives safe and pretty.

Product Queries & Candle Care

Q: Do you use paraffin wax in your candles?
A: Nope! We use soy wax and soy-blend waxes that are cleaner-burning, eco-friendly, and gentle on your space.

Q: What kind of wicks do you use?
A: We use cotton wicks and eco-braided wicks, depending on the design. They’re lead-free and designed for smooth, even burns.

Q: How can I maximize my candle’s burn time?
A: Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the candle to burn evenly on the first burn. Avoid placing it near a fan or vent.

Q: How do I know when my candle is done?
A: Stop burning when there’s less than 1 cm of wax at the bottom. Safety first!

Q: What can I do with the empty jar?
A: Reuse it! Turn it into a planter, pen holder, or keep your cotton pads. Your jar deserves a second life.
